Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience working successfully in retail customer service oriented environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting donors and customers and handling donations.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck or other equipment.
• Sort, price, and display donated items; restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and report safety hazards to supervision.
