Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience.
• Ability to bend, lift, and move items throughout the shift.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations at the donation station with friendly service.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck safely.
• Sort textiles and other items for processing and storage.
• Tag, price, and place items on shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report hazards.
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Support teammates by restocking supplies and helping customers.
