Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and move items to processing areas, while keeping workspaces clean and organized.

You will join a team-focused, on-site operation that emphasizes safety, customer service, and loss-prevention practices, with opportunities to grow in retail and logistics skills. No prior experience required beyond 6 months in retail service, and a positive, dependable attitude helps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and be on your feet all day.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.
• Basic math for pricing and donations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations at donation station.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Sort donated items and route to processing or storage.
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with pricing and tagging of items.
• Follow loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
