Job summary

WorkOS, a developer platform delivering enterprise-ready authentication and authorization features, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Growth. You’ll own activation, onboarding, retention, and monetization across the customer journey, and run a rigorous experimentation program to drive revenue and user value.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align product strategy with growth metrics, shape pricing, and improve time-to-value for developers integrating our APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or developer platforms.
• Deep experience with product-led growth and usage-based pricing.
• Skilled at designing and evaluating experiments using data.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention.
• Lead product experimentation program.
• Improve developer onboarding and time-to-value.
