Job summary

WorkOS—a leader in enterprise-ready developer tools—seeks a Senior Product Manager to own growth across the platform. You will shape activation, adoption, monetization, expansion, and retention, and define the success metrics and experimentation approach that drive meaningful business outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance to move fast, reduce time-to-value for developers, and influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of meaningful business outcomes.
• Experience leading growth, onboarding, monetization, activation, or retention for a developer platform or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with product-led growth and API/usage-based pricing models.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to design experiments.
• Excellent cross-functional partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Growth across the WorkOS platform.
• Develop the strategy for how developers discover, adopt, and expand their use of WorkOS.
• Define metrics for acquisition, activation, monetization, expansion, and retention.
• Build and scale a product experimentation program.
• Improve onboarding and reduce time-to-value for new developers.
• Identify friction in the customer journey and prioritize opportunities with high impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements increasing adoption and business impact.
• Work with Marketing to improve acquisition and attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales to strengthen the product-qualified lead motion.
• Use customer research and analytics to guide roadmap decisions.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and results across the company.
