The role emphasizes developing long-standing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions in engineering and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in permanent/direct hire recruitment.
• Experience filling technical positions in Engineering/Energy/Infrastructure.
• Commercially minded with proactive client development.
• Mentoring recruitment consultants and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, re-engaging dormant relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients through regular meetings and face-to-face engagement.
• Deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions across technical and engineering markets.
• Drive business growth through proactive account management and business development.
• Become a trusted recruitment partner to clients, understanding their hiring strategies and future workforce needs.
• Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to deliver exceptional service.
• Play a key role in growing the Houston office, with the opportunity to lead your own team.
• Act as second-in-command within the office, supporting leadership and shaping business direction.
