Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, paid search, or programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of Search and Programmatic campaigns across multiple ELC brands, including setup, trafficking, QA, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs; flag issues and opportunities and recommend next steps.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and campaign summaries that clearly communicate results, insights, and actions.
