Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a programmatic and search performance specialist to support day-to-day execution and optimization across multiple brands. You will manage setup, trafficking, and QA, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to brand leads.

You will collaborate with executives, marketing leads, and agency contacts to ensure plans are aligned with budgets and approvals, while delivering regular performance reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience with setup, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication; comfortable with spreadsheets and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of Search and Programmatic campaigns across multiple ELC brands.
• Monitor pacing and performance against KPIs; flag issues and recommend next steps.
• Assist with development of on-site advertising plans; translate strategy into activations.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and campaign summaries for stakeholders.
• Track advertising budgets and spend in partnership with the Amazon CA Media Lead; assist forecasting and pacing.
