You will partner with global brand, creative, education, consumer marketing and regional teams to develop online marketing programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in prestige e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and beauty.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with ecommerce tools and analytics including GA, Jira, Confluence, Box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Brand Global Launch Calendars across skincare, makeup, fragrance, Re‑Nutriv, Equity Moments.
• Support seasonal launches and online Go To Market strategy and manage global campaigns.
• Strategize and map global PDP and PLP content for launches and platforms.
• Provide input into global asset lists and launch books; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Manage brand YouTube uploads to support campaigns and launches.
• Develop seasonal asset tracker with regions to meet regional needs.
