Job summary

REPAY is seeking an entry-level Payments Specialist to join our Sandy, UT office. You will enroll vendors, process payments, and maintain vendor records across payment options such as ACH, virtual card, and checks. You’ll handle client inquiries and support teammates with a fast-paced workflow.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Experience in customer service is favored; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• New college graduates ok; role in customer support, retail, or similar is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process electronic payments for clients via phone and web portals.
• Enroll vendors and update vendor records in payment systems (ACH, virtual card, checks).
• Research and resolve payment issues and inquiries within SLA.
• Monitor outstanding payments and assist with on-time processing.
• Respond to client inquiries via email within one business day.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity in payment systems.
• Be willing to work overtime during onboarding or growth periods.
