Job summary

Checkr is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing leader in Denver to fuel growth through a robust partner ecosystem. You will craft joint marketing plans, own cross‑functional campaign execution, and drive revenue with a data‑driven, AI‑enabled approach.

You will lead with strategy and messaging, pilot new programs, and nurture relationships across internal teams and partner networks to optimize the Go-To-Market strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably SMB and Mid‑Market.
• Proven track record of creating and executing partner marketing programs and building win‑win relationships.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Courage to take initiative, pilot and evaluate new program types.
• Deep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partner.
• Experience in leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategy.
• Cross‑functional leadership and experience driving alignment across teams.
• Hands‑on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools: Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Create strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign‑ups and revenue.
• Execution: Own campaign execution with partners (email, webinars, events, in‑product activations, paid social) and identify required budget and resources.
• Messaging: Craft compelling copy used in co‑marketing programs with partners, product marketing and content teams.
• Innovation: Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize pipeline and revenue.
• Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with partners and collaborate with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go‑To‑Market strategy and campaigns.
• Analytics: Measure performance and communicate results, identify areas for improvement.
