Job summary

Checkr, Inc. is seeking a senior partner marketing leader to own the strategy and drive revenue through strategic partnerships. You will lead a team of partner marketers and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define and execute joint programs.

Qualifications

8+ years in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space
Proven track record of developing a partner marketing function and programs
Strong organizational and strategic thinking, able to manage multiple projects
Experience in leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategy

Responsibilities

Own the partner marketing strategy, defining prioritization and joint programs with partners
Lead and develop a team of partner marketers, setting objectives and accountability
Improve campaign performance across channels (email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social)
Own team targets and communicate optimization strategies for program performance
Identify and pilot new initiatives, including AI, in partner marketing planning
Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external partners to align GTM campaigns
Translate program performance into narratives and recommendations for leadership
