Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to grow and manage key SMB partner relationships across the United States. You will build referral networks with tech partners, benefits brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors, driving lead generation and revenue growth.

The role requires proactive, autonomous work within a fast-paced fintech environment, with cross-functional collaboration and field travel in Miami.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SMB partner relationships and business development.
• Proven quota-driven sales success with partners or channel accounts.
• Highly motivated, independent contributor with strong relationship skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments and cross-functional work.
• Resilient and resourceful with ability to solve operational issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; trusted by stakeholders.
• Willing to travel 3 days/week; located in Miami.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners.
• Create strategic networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Partner marketing initiatives: events, emails, webinars to promote sales.
• Set business goals and metrics to drive GTM strategies and demand generation.
