The role requires 2+ years of META performance marketing for D2C, strong Excel/Sheets and Tableau experience, and English fluency; German/French/Italian is a plus. Join a mission-driven team delivering sustainable household products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on META performance marketing experience for D2C.
• Analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and data tools like Tableau or GA4.
• Platform knowledge of META best practices, algorithm changes, and ad formats.
• Performance mindset: balance CAC, conversion rate and revenue.
• Bonus: experience running ads on TikTok or Pinterest.
• Fluent in English; German/French/Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage META Accounts across multiple countries.
• Plan and execute Growth Campaigns for DACH, France, Italy, and more.
• Analyze & test using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion and Spreadsheets.
• Define bundles and testing strategies for product launches.
• Report & optimize: coordinate performance across markets and inform Management.
