Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for a diverse client portfolio.

You will develop tactical roadmaps, dashboards, and QA processes, mentor junior teammates, and present insights during client calls and reviews. A strategic thinker with strong communication will excel in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms.
• Experience across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients.
• Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads.
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
• Quantify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.
• Partner with Client Partners for clear paid social recommendations.
• Contribute insights for tactical plans and business reviews.
• Ensure QA and budget stewardship for paid social work.
• Speak on client calls and be client-facing where needed.
• Coach and mentor team members and onboarding.
