Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Paid Social & Analytics Manager to lead META ad accounts across multiple countries from Munich, with hybrid or remote work within Germany. You will analyze performance, run growth campaigns for DACH and beyond, and drive data-informed decisions using Tableau, GA4, and Excel.

The role emphasizes staying current with META best practices, optimizing CAC and conversion metrics, and collaborating with a multinational team to support international growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of META performance marketing experience for D2C brands or agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables) and exposure to Tableau or GA4.
• Up-to-date on META best practices, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
• Performance mindset focusing on CAC, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Bonus: TikTok or Pinterest ad experience.
• Fluent in English; German/French/Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage META accounts: setup, structure, targeting, and optimization across countries.
• Plan and execute growth campaigns targeting DACH, France, Italy, and more.
• Analyze funnels, run A/B tests, and derive learnings with Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and spreadsheets.
• Define bundles and testing strategies for product launches aligned with business goals.
• Report on performance, coordinate across markets, support OKRs, provide data-based recommendations to management.
