Job summary
Axalta is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end launch, expansion, and commercialization of our product lines from remote PA-Glen Mills area. This role drives new product introduction (NPI), accelerates market adoption, and delivers top-line revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance teams.
The ideal candidate is highly strategic, with 7–10+ years in product commercialization or go-to-market leadership, and a proven ability to align senior
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7–10+ years in project management, product commercialization, or go-to-market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Product Launch Leadership: Lead the development and execution of commercialization plans for new non-paint product lines.
- Commercialization & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Product Portfolio Expansion: Lead initiatives to expand product offerings, geographic reach, market segments, and customer applications.
- Cross-Functional Program Management: Establish integrated project plans with clear deliverables and ownership.
- Financial & Business Performance Management: Develop and maintain financial forecasts and revenue projections.
- Customer & Market Engagement: Collaborate with key customers and channel partners during pilot programs and product launches.
