Job summary

Shaw Industries, based in Dalton, GA, seeks an NPI Launch Manager to drive new product introductions across Shaw Floors, Philadelphia Commercial, Coretec and Anderson Tuftex. You will own cross-functional planning, coordinate timelines, manage risks, and ensure on-time launches within scope.

The role reports to the NPI Launch Senior Manager and requires weekly office presence in Dalton, GA. You will lead collaboration with product and marketing teams and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/launch management or related field.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with Workfront or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI launches for assigned brand(s).
• Coordinate timelines across departments and manage risks.
• Serve as SPOC for NPIs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver updates to stakeholders and maintain launch documentation.
