• Develop launch strategies, milestones, governance processes, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Drive launch execution from concept validation through market introduction and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor revenue performance, market adoption, and customer engagement metrics.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to achieve sales and profit objectives.
