Biamp Systems LLC seeks a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead NPD/NPI programs, acting as the voice of Operations across engineering, product management, quality, sales, and manufacturing. You will own the program from concept to launch, ensuring manufacturability and supplier engagement are aligned with company goals.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and ensure programs meet time, budget, and performance requirements in a fast-paced, global environment with <10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience leading NPD/NPI programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Operations tasks across NPI programs from inception through launch.
• Establish Operations objectives, delegate tasks, and mentor team members to meet goals.
• Coordinate program activities across Operations functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate manufacturability, testability, and serviceability requirements to design teams.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and development partners.
• Manage risks and track progress against launch milestones; surface blockers and risks.
