Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA seeks an NPI Launch Manager to lead cross-brand new product introductions (Shaw Floors, Philadelphia Commercial, Coretec, Anderson Tuftex).

You will coordinate with project managers to define, schedule and execute launches on time and within scope. Reporting to the NPI Launch Senior Manager, this role requires 3+ years in launch management or product marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple launches

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project/launch management, product marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of project management best practices; experience with Workfront (or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Launch Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for all NPI launches; develop and maintain integrated launch timelines.
• NPI SPOC: Serve as the single point of contact for NPI; ensure milestones are met and cross-team handoffs occur.
• Risk Management: Lead cross-functional risk reviews; document solutions and track mitigation.
• Communication & Alignment: Provide updates to stakeholders; secure alignment across product, marketing, and support teams.
• Milestone Reviews & Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct reviews and capture lessons learned for future launches.
• Process Adoption & Continuous Improvement: Drive standardized NPI processes and use PMO templates; champion Workfront usage.
