TheProject Manager for New Product Development (NPD)will be collaborating withthe team, performing analysis, tracking, research & communication functions essential for the successful launch of new product & resourcing product implementation. Servingas a central source of information for the cross-functional departments involved in the projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage and oversee the schedules and deliverables for NPD and custom projects.
• Manage deadlines and milestones among stakeholders, teams, and management while communicating this information across the departments.
• Communicate and collaborate with NPD, Marketing and Sales to keep the cross-functional team informed and aligned.
• Interact with vendors aligning project schedules mitigating delays.
• Develop project close out reports detailing key milestones and lessons learned.

WHAT YOU’LLNEED:

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Project/Product Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of two (3)years’ experience as a Product/ProjectManageror related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, is a plus
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and product development is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, general business knowledge, multi-tasking ability, strong interpersonal communication skills and flexibility.
