Job summary

3FM in the Isle of Man is seeking a confident Multimedia Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be the primary contact for clients and agencies, driving revenue through creative advertising opportunities and excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, meetings, and deadlines. A full clean driving licence is preferred; all applications will be treated confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual individual revenue targets.
• Arrange & attend client face-to-face meetings & presentations.
• Work with programming team to deliver new opportunities for clients.
• Conduct client reviews to deliver results and post-analysis reports.
• Facilitate sale of 3FM's advertising options.
• Maintain day-to-day contact with key agency contacts & clients.
