Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing leadership to new and existing clients.
• Supervise, motivate and coach the Multimedia Advertising team to exceed sales performance goals.
• Exceed sales revenue budgets (ad, digital and subscription).
• Develops, forecasts, and sells profitable programs that contribute to APG’s bottom line.
• Reviews market analysis to determine customers needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Champions sales data systems, provides training and clear expectations to all staff.
• Utilizes systems to provide timely feedback, reports and financial data analysis.
• Works closely with editors of each newspaper/website assisting them as needed.
• Develops positive relationships with key customers and communities.
