Job summary

3FM in the Isle of Man is seeking a confident Multimedia Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be the primary contact for clients and agencies, driving revenue through creative advertising opportunities and excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, meetings, and deadlines. A full clean driving licence is preferred; all applications will be treated confidentially.

Multimedia Account Manager

Job Description

The role of the Multimedia Account Manager is to work within the 3FM sales team - with key tasks in achieving revenue targets. Multimedia Account Managers are the primary day-to-day contact for our clients & traffic scheduling team, and are ultimately responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our advertising clients and agencies.

Responsibilities Include

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual individual revenue targets
• Arrange & attend client face to face meetings & presentations
• Work closely with the programming team to deliver new and relevant opportunities for clients
• Ensure ongoing reviews with clients to deliver results
• Ensure delivery of post analysis reports to clients
• Facilitate the sale of 3FM's portfolio of advertising options
• Day-to-day contact via phone and email with key agency contacts & clients
• Build & maintain effective customer and client relationships.
• Ensure that the correct advertising material is delivered to the station in time for campaigns
• Accommodate and prioritize a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
• Problem solving within the context of the job.
• Day to Day Admin duties
