Job summary

Bastionpoint Technology is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned customers in the Richmond, VA area. This on-site role focuses on building strong relationships with business owners and executives, learning each customer’s environment, and advocating for them internally.

You will conduct quarterly business reviews, translate technical information into business language, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver client-focused recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in MSP, technology company, professional services, or B2B environment preferred.
• Comfort presenting in person and virtually using Teams or Zoom.
• Experience creating and maintaining professional presentations and slide decks.
• Ability to organize large amounts of information into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship contact for assigned Bastionpoint customers and learn their business and challenges.
• Conduct customer check-ins and onsite visits.
• Advocate for customers internally and represent Bastionpoint professionally.
• Schedule, prepare, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Organize technical information into clear presentations for business leaders.
• Work with technical teams to develop customer recommendations.
• Maintain customer profiles, contacts, and account history.
