Qualifications

• 2+ years in office administration, inventory management, purchasing, accounting support, or related operations.
• College degree in Business, Accounting, Office Administration, or related field; IT industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records in CRM and business systems.
• Process incoming shipments and place stock orders.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor invoicing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and charged expenses.
• Support month-end administrative and accounting activities.
