Bastionpoint Technology in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned MSP clients. You will learn each customer's business, industry, and technology landscape, build trust with executives and office managers, and advocate for customers across Bastionpoint's teams.

• 2+ years in account management or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience in MSP/tech environment preferred.
• Able to present to individuals and groups in person or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship contact for assigned Bastionpoint customers.
• Conduct customer check-ins and onsite visits.
• Advocate for customers internally while representing Bastionpoint professionally.
• Schedule, prepare, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Organize technical information into clear business-focused presentations.
• Work with technical teams to develop customer recommendations.
• Maintain customer profiles and account history.
