Qualifications

• Strong media planning and media strategy experience designing and managing paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Digital strategy and marketing skills aligning paid media with GTM and growth objectives.
• Proficiency in web analytics using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization in paid social.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights, decks, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate and how to act on them.
• Strong communication and collaboration to work with cross-functional and client teams on-site.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing Meta Ads for B2B or growth-focused clients is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
