Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Littleton, MA is hiring a Marketing & Sales Development Associate to build new business, craft customer communications, and support the Littleton lab’s growth. You’ll partner with regional sales executives to tell the lab story, develop outreach sequences, and create sales enablement materials.

You will own client communications, event planning support, and open-house activities while advancing toward a field sales role for high performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Communications Media, Business, or related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Strong written communication skills with clear, purposeful writing
• Genuine interest in business development, sales, and client relationships
• Experience creating content for professional audiences (internships, clubs, campus media, etc.)
• Organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences and CRM entries

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound email and calling campaigns to prospective accounts and legacy contacts
• Research target companies and build personalized outreach sequences for responses
• Follow up on quotes and inquiries to move opportunities along
• Re-engage lapsed accounts to re-enter active conversations
• Draft customer-facing content including emails, LinkedIn, and event invitations
• Help develop sales enablement materials like capability summaries and one-pagers
• Contribute to event planning and on-site coordination for open houses and conferences
• Assist with post-event follow-up campaigns to convert engagement into pipeline
• Maintain and update Microsoft Dynamics CRM with current activity
• Process quotes and orders accurately and coordinate with project leads on action items
• Provide onsite support for lab-hosted visits to represent the team professionally
