Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with leadership experience in a laboratory or testing environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO/IEC 17025, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory and facility operations to achieve positive margins and annual budget goals.
• Lead employee engagement, HR policy implementation, and consistent application of programs.
• Provide technical support, reviews, and occasional testing assistance as needed.
• Build and grow customer relationships and sales with Eurofins personnel.
• Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation maintenance and audit readiness.
