Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs from diverse data sources. You will monitor data across web, social, and sales channels, diagnose issues, and deliver cross-functional insights to optimize campaigns and ROI.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in marketing analytics, with strong Excel and familiarity with data tools and CMS platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing/communications and customer service or e-commerce experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with Salesforce, CMS and data tools like Power BI/Tableau/Google Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage reports, KPIs, platforms, and dashboards from data sources such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Search Console, SEMRush, Salesforce, and more.
• Monitor web, social, lead, promotional, customer and sales data to diagnose issues and provide cross-functional solutions.
• Conduct SEO audits for multiple websites to enhance digital performance.
• Oversee product experience management platform and refine upload processes.
• Implement on-page SEO to boost UX on B2B and B2C platforms.
• Provide actionable insights monthly to maximize ROI and communicate recommendations.
