This role focuses on building reports, dashboards, and KPI platforms by aggregating data from analytics, CRM, and CMS systems to support marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience initiatives. You will monitor performance across web and social channels, conduct SEO audits quarterly, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in marketing/communications and customer service or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, CMS, data tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage reports, KPIs, platforms, and dashboards from data sources such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Salesforce and more.
• Monitor web, social, lead, promotional, customer and sales data to diagnose issues and propose solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Conduct quarterly SEO audits for eight websites to enhance customer experience and digital performance.
• Oversee product experience management platform and refine content/upload processes.
• Provide actionable insights monthly to maximize ROI and communicate recommendations.
