Thermall Heating, Cooling & Electric in Yakima, WA is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our full-time team. You will develop and execute engaging advertising campaigns across email, social media, print, and digital channels, ensuring content aligns with our brand.

You’ll use ServiceTitan and other tools to monitor leads, revenue, and performance, maintain a marketing calendar, and coordinate with technicians, offices, and vendors to deliver on-time campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with an HVAC, construction, home services, or similar company.
• Experience managing social media sites, email campaigns, digital advertising, website content, and marketing performance reports.
• Exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging advertising campaigns across email, social media, print formats, our website, and digital marketing channels, ensuring content and materials align with our company brand
• Use ServiceTitan (and other tools) to actively monitor leads, bookings, revenue, investment return, and campaign performance, using this information to shape future efforts
• Maintain a full marketing calendar and coordinate with technicians, leaders, office teams, and vendors to finish projects on time
• Coordinate community and customer engagement events, such as sponsorships, giveaways, seasonal promotions, and more
