Lawrence Plumbing, Heating and Cooling LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive growth through multi-channel campaigns. You will coordinate content across social media, email, direct mail, and digital ads, with a focus on ROI and measurable results to grow customer calls.

The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, understands the home services market, and can manage campaigns, track results, and collaborate with a small, customer‑focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills for diverse channels.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM and marketing platforms.
• Ability to plan content across multiple channels and campaigns.
• Experience with email campaigns, direct mail, and PPC basics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly content across social platforms, GBP, prints, and partner campaigns.
• Capture and edit short video content (3–5 clips weekly).
• Maintain a change log for website updates and offers.
• Produce weekly reports on leads, booked jobs, and channel ROI.
• Monitor PPC spend and performance, and adjust budgets as needed.
• Support review requests, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate direct mail and email campaigns with targeted zip codes.
