Thermall Heating, Cooling & Electric in Yakima, WA is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our full-time team. You will develop and execute engaging advertising campaigns across email, social media, print, and digital channels, ensuring content aligns with our brand.

You’ll use ServiceTitan and other tools to monitor leads, revenue, and performance, maintain a marketing calendar, and coordinate with technicians, offices, and vendors to deliver on-time campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with an HVAC, construction, home services, or similar company.
• Experience managing social media sites, email campaigns, digital advertising, website content, and marketing performance reports.
• Exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate is well-versed in using ServiceTitan for lead tracking, campaign creation, revenue reporting, and performance monitoring purposes. Proficiency in SEO, email marketing, or platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is also preferred. At a minimum, you'll need:

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with an HVAC, construction, home services, or similar company
• Experience managing social media sites, email campaigns, digital advertising, website content, and marketing performance reports
• Exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines
