Job summary

Midwest Heating & Cooling, located in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who thrives on creating content, meeting people, running events and making things happen. Responsibilities

• Generate local leads through home shows, community events, sponsorships and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, staffing, lead capture and follow-up.
• Create authentic social content including photos, reels, short videos, customer stories and promotions.
• Coordinate with outside marketing partners responsible for website, SEO, Google Ads and Performance Max; keep deliverables moving and report results.
• Work with our sales, service and customer experience teams to turn campaigns into trackable customer opportunities.
• Maintain campaign calendars, vendor deadlines, budgets and weekly marketing performance reporting in systems including ServiceTitan.

Salary: $48,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on qualifications. Performance-based bonus opportunity and company benefits available.

Midwest Heating & Cooling is looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creating content, meeting people, running events and making things happen. This is not a role where success is measured by posting for the sake of posting. You will help generate qualified opportunities for our residential heating, cooling, replacement and indoor air quality teams while keeping our brand active in the communities we serve.

What you will own:

• Generate local leads through home shows, community events, sponsorships, referral programs and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, staffing, lead capture and follow-up.
• Create authentic social content including photos, reels, short videos, customer stories and promotions.
• Coordinate with outside marketing partners responsible for website, SEO, Google Ads and Performance Max; keep deliverables moving and report results.
