Job summary

Midwest Heating & Cooling in Mukwonago, Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creating content, meeting people, running events and turning ideas into opportunities.

You will generate local leads, plan events, create social content, coordinate with partners on website and ads, and collaborate with sales, service and customer experience teams to convert campaigns into qualified opportunities.

• Generate local leads through home shows, events, sponsorships, referrals and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, staffing and follow-up.
• Create authentic social content including photos, reels, short videos and promotions.
• Coordinate with partners handling website, SEO, Google Ads and Performance Max.
• Work with sales, service and customer experience teams to turn campaigns into opportunities.
• Maintain campaign calendars, vendors, budgets and weekly performance reporting.

Midwest Heating & Cooling is looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creating content, meeting people, running events and making things happen. This is not a role where success is measured by posting for the sake of posting. You will help generate qualified opportunities for our residential heating, cooling, replacement and indoor air quality teams while keeping our brand active in the communities we serve.

What you will own:

• Generate local leads through home shows, community events, sponsorships, referral programs and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan and execute event logistics: registrations, booth setup, materials, staffing, lead capture and follow-up.
• Create authentic social content including photos, reels, short videos, customer stories and promotions.
• Coordinate with outside marketing partners responsible for website, SEO, Google Ads and Performance Max; keep deliverables moving and report results.
• Work with our sales, service and customer experience teams to turn campaigns into trackable customer opportunities.
• Maintain campaign calendars, vendor deadlines, budgets and weekly marketing performance reporting in systems including ServiceTitan.
