Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service or order management experience.
• Experience with B2B customer interactions and sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for five assigned customer accounts with urgency and professionalism.
• Research and resolve inquiries related to orders, scheduling, delivery dates, pricing, invoicing, and charges.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach by listening, staying composed, and following through on requests.
• Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy against quotes, pricing, revisions, quantities, and lead times.
• Create and maintain Sales Orders in the ERP system with accuracy.
• Process change orders, expedites, and cancellations; communicate impacts to price, schedule, and materials.
• Coordinate charges with various departments and document approvals before billing.
• Provide delivery date commitments and proactive order status updates; communicate risks with recovery plans.
