• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer-related activities in Hubspot (CRM).
• Maintain accurate service descriptions in customer portals and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams for issue resolution.
• On-board new customers, conducting credit references.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to support activities and special projects.
• Handle general office duties and manage website contact forms/Google reviews.
