Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, networking, and other strategic outreach activities.
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts to uncover transportation and logistics opportunities.
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria and schedule meetings for Sales Executives.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of daily calls, emails, and other prospecting activities to exceed activity and appointment-setting goals.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective follow-up and relationship-building.
• Record all prospecting activities, opportunities, and communications within CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handoff and progression of qualified opportunities.
• Research industries, markets, and target accounts to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting, activity, and pipeline generation targets.
