Job summary

Westfield Egg Farm in Denver is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and grow customer relationships across logistics, transportation, and cold storage. You will nurture leads, maintain pricing data, and document activities in Hubspot while coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including sales, customer service, warehouse, shipping, and transportation.
• Sales, customer service, account management, or logistics experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships across all Westfield Group services, including but not limited to logistics, transportation, and cold storage.
• Nurture leads and prospects through follow-ups via email, phone, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate pricing, product, and customer information.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer-related activities in Hubspot (CRM).
• Maintain accurate service descriptions in customer portals and third-party platforms.
• Customer service-minded by assisting with problem resolution and coordinating with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams.
• On-board new customers, ensuring customers are a good fit by conducting credit references.
• Collaborate with leadership and WEF sales to support sales activities and special projects.
• Perform general office duties as needed: including managing website contact forms and Google reviews.
• Handle incoming calls when required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
