You will collaborate with the Sales Team to grow relationships, meet volume and gross profit targets, and provide timely updates during shipment lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Thorough knowledge of the truckload market and all modes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers with historical freight; grow and expand relationships
• Develop, Grow, and Expand new customers onboarded by the Sales Team
• Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure that customer needs are understood and supported
• Achieve new volume, gross profit $, and % goals, new lanes/location goals and account growth goals, as applicable
• Oversee and train operations to assist with daily tasks
• Provide useful and timely updates during shipment lifecycles
• Identify cross selling opportunities
• Source capacity to meet customer needs
• Assist with team to establish SOP’s for Truckload Operations
• Provide creative solutions for complex transportation situations as they arise
