Job summary

YouLend Limited in Atlanta is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join the US Sales team. You will support merchant relationships, manage a portfolio of accounts, and help SMEs access funding through partners across the US.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with Sales, Risk, and Operations to resolve inquiries, pursue renewals and upsell opportunities, and build core relationship management skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with Sales, Risk, and Operations to resolve merchant inquiries.
• Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and product education.
• Maintain detailed records of all merchant interactions in CRM systems.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
