Job summary

YouLend is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager in Atlanta to join the US Sales team. This hands-on role focuses on building merchant relationships and helping SMEs access funding across the country.

In a fast-paced fintech environment, you will work with cross-functional teams, manage a portfolio, and develop skills in sales and relationship management. A proactive, customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a funding, finance, or operations role is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Risk, Operations) to resolve merchant inquiries.
• Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and product education.
• Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions across CRM systems.
• Demonstrate communication and negotiation skills to build trust and outcomes.
• Prioritize workload to manage many accounts with accuracy and customer focus.
• Bring commercial awareness and problem-solving in a fintech environment.
