Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong background in technical or specialty metals sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Inside Sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with PMX’s overall business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations including pipeline development and sales cycle management.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective negotiation.
• Mentor and develop sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability.
