Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in the United States. This role drives revenue, market growth, and profitability with a focus on ethical leadership and financial stewardship.

You will own sales operations, guide pricing, margins, and cost of sales, and align with field operations, marketing, and finance to ensure exceptional customer experience and strong ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive sales leadership in field services.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Proven revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Experience with CRM and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies that drive top-line growth and profitability.
• Own sales performance including revenue forecasting, pipeline health, pricing execution, margin protection, and cost of sales.
• Set and manage performance targets and KPIs to drive accountability.
• Analyze P&L statements, margin trends, and pricing models to inform decisions.
• Develop programs to increase average ticket size, service bundling, and close rates.
