Qualifications

• 2–4 years supervising 3–10+ employees in a team environment.
• Strong service culture, accountability, and leadership.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days; PT certification within 90 days.
• Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead club to exceed membership, revenue, and operational targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and set clear objectives for staff.
• Drive member engagement and a welcoming, community-focused environment.
• Oversee daily club operations, safety, and facility maintenance.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability per policy.
• Represent the club in local events and outreach.
