Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Arvada, CO is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead a team, drive member acquisition and retention, and exceed sales goals. You will hire, train, and coach staff while delivering a best-in-class member experience through engagement across fitness, retail, and services.

The role emphasizes leadership excellence, strong customer service, and achievement of department targets in a busy club environment with some travel to trainings. CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales and Service team members to meet member needs.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS fitness packages, retail, and club offerings.
• Develop business plans and review weekly sales metrics with GM.
• Set monthly, weekly and daily sales goals for the team and track progress.
• Ensure a best-in-class, member-centric experience and clean, welcoming club environment.
