24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest and member experience through a comprehensive approach to memberships, fitness, and retail offerings.

You will hire and develop the Sales and Service team and drive member acquisition and retention while achieving revenue goals. You will lead by example in a busy club, ensuring excellent service and a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide Sales and Service teams.
• Must deliver a member-centric experience and tailor offerings to guest needs.
• Proven ability to drive sales revenue, membership growth, and retention.
• CPR/AED certification and basic safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train Sales and Service team members and foster development.
• Lead and coach the team to provide a full range of product and service offerings.
• Set and monitor monthly/yearly sales goals and review club statistics.
• Coordinate local club marketing activities and lead management efforts.
• Ensure onboarding plans help members achieve health goals and sustain engagement.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained club environment.
